Located on the front lawn, west of the Governor Ricardo J. Bordallo statue.

The memorial comprises a granite monument engraved in English to remember Chamorro soldiers from Guam who served in the U.S. Armed Forces during the Korean War from 1950 to 1953. The Chamorro (or Chamoru) are the indigenous people of the Mariana Islands, including the U.S. territory of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Approximately 1,000 Guamanians served in the US military, and about 20 Chamorros died in Korea or remain unaccounted for.
