Jose Guerrero Leon-Guerrero was born on November 12, 1932, in Guam. He was the son of Vicente Cepeda Leon Guerrero and Soledad Guerrero Leon Guerrero. He served in Company C, 1st Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, as a Private First Class during the Korean War.

PFC Leon-Guerrero was Killed in Action on February 15, 1952, and is now buried in the Agana Cemetery, Hagatna (Agana), Guam. His name is also commemorated on Guam�s Korean War Memorial in Hag�t�a.
