Ramon Borja Tenorio was born on February 24, 1934, in Guam. He served in Company A, 17th Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division, as a Corporal during the Korean War.

Cpl Tenorio was listed as Missing in Action while fighting the enemy in South Korea on July 6, 1953. He was presumed dead on July 7, 1954. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial. His name is also commemorated on Guam’s Korean War Memorial in Hagåtña.
