The Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor's Complex (Adelup Point) is located approximately 3.9 kilometers northwest of downtown Hagåtña, Guam. The complex occupies a limestone promontory projecting into the Philippine Sea between Hagåtña Bay and Asan Bay. Access to the site is provided from South Marine Drive (Marine Corps Drive / Route 1) via the Governor's Complex loop road. Since 1990, the property has served as the home of the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor's Complex, the official seat of the Governor of Guam.
