Monument
A stone pillar surrounded by smaller pillars linked with chain set on a stone base.  This one once the largest operating airport in the world, site of the US Army flight school during WWI also known as the Issoudun Aerodrome.

 The memorial honors the US pilots and trainees who died at the site in the 18 months it was operating.
