Details:
Affixed on the third stele behind the Iraqi Freedom sculpture.
A rectangular bronze plaque affixed on a thick, concrete, free standing block, inscribed in English text. On the left side of the plaque, the names of the fallen heroes SPC Bryant of the HQ Company and CPL Connelly, CPL Alfonso of A Company of the 40th Engineer Battalion are inscribed while on the middle of the plaque is the flag of the US followed by a silhouette of 2 standing soldiers with 4 stars above their head and the map of Iraq behind them. The right side contains the name SGT McHale of B Company, a quote from Henri Frederic Amiel, and the insignia of the 40th Brigade Engineer Battalion on the bottom corner.
