A large rectangular stone plaque mounted on a brick wall, inscribed in Dutch, commemorating United States Army Privates Joseph J. Graczykowski Jr. and Ralph Weir, who gave their lives in the municipality of Wijnandsrade during World War II. The plaque was unveiled on September 17, 1986.
