MonumentA stone pedestal set on a square base, featuring a tapered, three-sided design with multiple commemorative plaques on each face. The plaques display inscriptions and symbols, including military insignia honoring units and individuals involved in World War II operations in the area.

In honor of the soldiers of the 85th Infantry Division who helped breach
the Gothic Line in 1944. May this memorial serve as a marker of their
mission to liberate Italy.

Italian Flag - 34th Infantry Division Symbol - American Flag
In honor of the soldiers from the 34th Division who assaulted the
Gothic Line during the fall of 1944. The North Apennines Campaign
proved to be one of the most challenging for the men who fought
mountain to mountain, sacrificing life and limb. Their constant
up hill fight to liberate Italy will never be forgotten.
