Monument

The monument comprises an inscribed fieldstone dedicated to Lisa Louraine Cole, a U.S. military family member who died in November 1999 in a vehicle accident en route to an Operations Holiday Food Basket Program meeting on Storck Barracks in Illesheim, Germany.
