A stone monument with a rectangular black plaque honoring Col. John M. Stotsenburg and Major Harold M. Clark, for whom the area was named. The plaque also outlines the history of the site from 1902 to 1992. Written in Filipino, it bears the seal of the National Historical Institute of the Philippines.
