When Wilson Beckman Weber was born in 1921 in Washington, his father, Wilson, was 28 and his mother, Edna, was 29. He had one sister. He served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II as a Second Lieutenant in the 358th Fighter Squadron, 355th Fighter Group. He entered the service in Washington. He was killed in action on 28th August 1944 flying in P-51D serial no. 44-13565. He is now buried in Lorraine American Cemetery and Memorial, Saint-Avold, Departement de la Moselle, Lorraine, France.
