355th Fighter Group

Details:

On the south side of the road, the largest of the monuments behind the metal gate. Monument A large Portland stone monument with a P-51 propeller right in the middle and extensive engraving.  It include the names and insignias of the units that served here and the people in those units that gave their lives.  The outside panels of names were added in 2003:  US killed on the left and RAF killed on the right.
