This site includes three memorial commemorating members of the 35th Infantry Division crossing of the Moselle River in September 1944 during the Lorraine Campaign.

The site is located on a bridge on the D-570 approximately 2 km from the center of Flavigny-sur-Moselle at the NW corner of the town heading toward Les Friches.
