The site includes a memorial plaque and display at the Cultural Center named for SSG Michael Ollis in Oleszno, Poland, dedicated to a US 10th Mountain Division Soldier who died while protecting his Polish soldier colleague in Afghanistan in 2013.

The Oleszno Cultural Center stands approximately 300 meters east of the intersection of Kielecka, Kościelna, and Lednicka streets. It is located beside the local public library on the southeastern side of the village, along the main road toward Kielce.
