The site includes an inscribed propeller of a B-24 that crashed on the island in June 1944 which remembers the one crew member KIA and a commemorative plaque thanking the people of the island for rescuing the remaining crew.

The site is located inside the Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Victoire on the Chausey Island. The site is located on the east side of the Grande Lie Island near the ferry terminal.
