The site is situated on the southeast outskirts of Norzagaray, about 17.5 km from the town hall. To reach the site, from the poblacion, remain on this main road until you reach Barangay San Mateo then take the Ipo Dam Road. Once you pass the small community near Pogpog River Port, continue along the same route as it descends toward the Norzagaray River, leading directly to the MWSS Ipo Dam entrance.
