Rom Communal Cemetery

Description:

Inside the cemetery is the isolated burial of Second Lieutenant Lincoln D. Bundy who served in the 352nd Fighter Group during World War II, shot down and evaded capture in June 1944 and was executed along with many British SAS in July 1944.

The cemetery is situated about 260 meters south of the Rom town hall. The main entrance to the cemetery is located at Rue des Martyrs de Guron road, 51 meters south of the road intersection with Rue de la Dive.
