The site includes one isolated burial (ISOB) of a famed Norwegian-American soldier and ski-jumper who died fighting with the 10th Mountain Division in Italy in 1945 during WW2.

The site is located at the Løkken Verk Kirke (Church) cemetery. Løkken Verk ( or just Løkken) is a village in the municipality of Orkland in Trøndelag county, Norway. Løkken is located 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) north of the municipal center of Meldal. The site is in the cemetery about 200 meters from the church.
