The site is located in the city plaza of Morong. Morong is located in the province of Rizal in the Calabarzon region in Luzon, Philippines. The site is located at the intersection of R-5 and Gov. Tupas Street two blocks form the Morong River. The site is known as the Tomas Claudio Monument.
