Canvey Island
Description:
The site contains the town war memorial that includes two plaques relating to the loss of two Flying Fortress aircraft that collided in mid-air over Canvey and crashed into the Thames Estuary in June 1944.

Located in the memorial garden in front of The Paddocks building. The Paddocks Community Centre is located on the south side of Long Road near the junction with the Convent Road. The site is situated in the town center.
