The site is located in a garden area between two streets – Andrews Avenue and Manlunas and adjacent to Barangay Hall (Barangay 183, Zone 20). Pasay City is located in the Metropolitan Manila and the site lies near the location of the former US Air Base – Nichols Field now named Colonel Jesus Vilaamor Air Base.
