The site is located in the town of San Nicolas in the province of Pangasinan in the region of Northern Luzon. Pangasinan is on the western area of the island of Luzon along the Lingayen Gulf and West Philippine Sea The site is located in a small park at the intersection of Tayag- San Nicolas Road and Washington Street, near the San Nicolas High School even today has the name: Red Arrow High School.
