The site is located in the San Miguel section of the city of Manila, north of the Pasig River. It is located near near Regal Parish and National Shrine of Saint Michael and the Archangels (Simbahan ng San Miguel at mga Arkanghel) and cross the street from the Presidential Museum and Library. The site is in a small park in a large road intersection.
