Description:
A plaque memorializes the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy prisoners of war held at the Chugoku Military Police Headquarters near the Hiroshima epicenter and who were killed by the atomic bomb.

At the back entrance (north side) of the Takara Building in Hiroshima. If entering from the front door, go through Chuco-Shintaku Bank. The Takara Building is one block east of the Kamiya-Cho intersection.
