Ceferino F. Cudal honorably served in the United States Navy from July 24, 1984, to March 1, 2011, retiring after more than 26 years of service as a Logistics Specialist Master Chief (LSCM, E-9) while also serving as the Acting Command Master Chief (CMC). During his naval career, he completed 14 deployments, held a Top Secret security clearance, and participated in Operations Restore Hope, Provide Relief, Desert Storm, and Enduring Freedom. Before his military career, Cudal earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Far Eastern University. Following his retirement from the Navy, he pursued an aviation career and currently serves as an Airbus A320 Captain.
