Glen L. Concepcion served in the United States Navy for more than 24 years, from July 1997 to July 2021, retiring with the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer (SCPO). Throughout his naval career, he gained extensive leadership and operational experience while serving in a variety of assignments in support of the Navy's mission. Following his military service, Concepcion completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus, further strengthening his expertise in personnel management and organizational leadership.
