Achilles C. Amante has served in the United States Navy for more than 27 years, building an extensive career in personnel administration and manpower management. He enlisted in March 1998 and held numerous administrative leadership positions throughout his naval service, including serving as the Administration Officer aboard USS Benfold (DDG-65) while the destroyer was homeported in Yokosuka, Japan, from 2019 to 2022. From July 2024 to June 2025, he worked as a Manpower Management Specialist with Commander, Naval Air Force, overseeing personnel administration. Since January 2026, Amante has served as the Limited Duty (LIMDU) Deployability Coordinator for Commander, Naval Air Force, Pacific (COMNAVAIRPAC) at Naval Air Station North Island, where he manages and coordinates the administrative and medical requirements of Sailors assigned to temporary or permanent medical restrictions, helping facilitate their return to duty or disability processing. In addition to his military career, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Systems Management, with a concentration in Cyber Security, at Laurus College.
