Adolfo Ortigoza "Rudy" Agra was born on July 22, 1941, in Pila, Laguna, Philippines. He served in the United States Navy in 1964, including during the Vietnam War and the Persian Gulf War. Throughout his naval career, he was assigned to USS Kansas City (AOR-3), USS Talladega (APA-208), USS Samuel Gompers (AD-37), and USS Midway (CV-41). He retired from the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer First Class in 1987 and passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 77. He is now buried in the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, Dixon, Solano County, California, USA.
