Born in 1890 in Dundee, Scotland. He immigrated to the US and when WW1 began, he returned to Scotland to serve in the Army. He was a Private in the 2nd Battalion of the Cameron Highlanders. He died while serving in Greece during the war on September 30, 1916. Son of Robert James and Mary Christie Aitken, of 50, Morris St., Paterson, New Jersey, U.S.A.
