Ronald Bremner was born on February 22, 1925, in Windsor, Essex County, Ontario, Canada. He served in the 271st Infantry Regiment, 69th Infantry Division, as a Private First Class during World War II.

PFC Bremner was Killed in Action on April 13, 1945, during the Battle of Weißenfels in Germany. He is now buried in the Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial, Margraten, Eijsden-Margraten Municipality, Limburg, Netherlands.
