Ralph Lloyd Moe was born on March 13, 1923, in Aitkin County, Minnesota. He was the son of Conrad Engenelious Moe and Ruby Julia Alice Hiller Moe. He served in the 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division, as a Private during World War II.
Pvt Moe was Killed in Action on September 1, 1944, during the Battle of Brest, France. He is now buried in the Union Woodland Cemetery, McGregor, Aitkin County, Minnesota, USA.
