Theodore S. Ciezki was born on November 10, 1920. He was the son of John Ciezki and Julia Ciezki. He enlisted in the army on July 30, 1942. Theodore served in the 410th Infantry Regiment, 103rd Infantry Division, as a Technician 5th Grade during World War II. T5 Ciezki was Killed in Action on January 25, 1945, during the liberation of Alsace, France. He is now buried in the Holy Cross Cemetery and Mausoleums, Calumet City, Cook County, Illinois, USA. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
