Robert L. “Fuzzo” Lott was born on November 13, 1925, in DuBois, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Medes Burnette Lott and Charlotte Love Lott.
He served in the 93rd Bomber Squadron, 19th Bomber Group, Heavy, as a Corporal and gunner of B-29-25-MO Superfortress #42-65310 during World War II. He was Killed in Action on March 10, 1945, when the aircraft made a navigational error and crashed into Mt. Fubo.
