Robert Eugene Wagner of Locust Valley, Long Island, was born on July 22, 1922, in Brussels, Belgium. He was the son of Leon and Gabrielle Wagner.
He served in the #426 Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Pilot Officer during World War II. He was declared Missing in Action on May 14, 1943, when his Wellington aircraft #HE 243 missing from night operations over Bochum, Germany.
