Raymond Alexander Rember was the son of Archibald Raymond Rember and Barbara Blackwood Rember, of Cincinnati, Ohio. He served in the 582 (R.A.F.) Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Flying Officer during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 24, 1944, when his Lancaster aircraft #ND 931 missing during night operations over Kiel, Germany.
