Thomas Hill Park was born on June 25, 1909, in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey. He was the son of James and Charlotte Park.

Thomas served in the 10 (RAF) Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Sergeant during World War II. He was Killed in Action on August 19, 1941, when his Armstrong Whitworth Whitley V # Z6564 crashed near Rekem, 14km ESE of Genk, Belgium, on his night mission in Cologne, Germany.
