Patrick Cluney Noel was born on July 18, 1920, in Marlin, Falls County, Texas. He was the son of Thomas Ewell Noel and Frankie May Montgomery Noel.
Patrick served in the #22 Operational Training Unit of the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Flight Sergeant during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 28, 1942, when his Wellington aircraft X 3201 was shot down over the target Hamburg, Germany.
