Adam Emanuel Wunderlich was born on January 30, 1916, in New York. He was the son of Remalia Negri Wunderlich.
Adam served in the 787th Bomber Squadron, 466th Bomber Group, Heavy, as a Second Lieutenant and Pilot on the B-24 #42-95084 “Bird Dog” during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 13, 1944, when his aircraft crashed in the village of Tunstall, in the parish of Halvergate, England.
