Leslie Daniel Forrester was born on May 11, 1919, in Foxborough, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. He was the son of Leslie W. and Irene F (Nelson) Forrester. He was the husband of Nancy (Marble) Forrester.
Leslie Daniel served in the 44th Armored Infantry Battalion, 6th Armored Division, as a Warrant Officer during World War II. He was one of the 75 soldiers killed during the liberation of Plabennec and Plouvien, France. He is now buried in the Rock Hill Cemetery, Foxborough, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, USA.
