Edward Everett Anderson was born on September 10, 1915, in Killingly, Connecticut. He served in the 10th Infantry Regiment, 5th Infantry Division, as a Private First Class during World War II. He was Killed in Action on January 24, 1945, during the liberation of Putscheid, Luxembourg. PFC Anderson is now buried in the Luxembourg American Cemetery, Luxembourg. He also has a cenotaph located in the South Cemetery, Brooklyn, Windham County, Connecticut.
