Edgar S. Clinton was born in 1924 in Niagara County, New York. He served in Company K, 289th Infantry Regiment, 75th Infantry Division, as a Private First Class during World War II. He was Killed in Action on December 27, 1944, in Sadzot, Belgium. PFC Clinton is now buried in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, USA.
