Clifford Audra Borron was born on July 29, 1920, in Linn County, Missouri. He was the son of Flavis Audra Borron and Nellie Overstreet Carriker.

Clifford served in Company C, 313th Infantry Regiment, 79th Infantry Division, as a Sergeant during World War II. He was Killed in Action on August 24, 1944, at the age of 24, during the liberation of Vexin, France. Sgt Borron is now buried in the Price Cemetery, Linn County, Missouri, USA.
