Joseph A. Andrade was born on March 6, 1925. He was the son of Anthony Andrade and Mary Andrade.
Joseph served in the 119th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division, as a Private during World War II. He was Killed in Action on August 29, 1944, at the age of 19, during the liberation of Vexin, France. Pvt Andrade is now buried in the Saint Agnes Cemetery, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, USA.
