Irving Norsoph was born on September 8, 1922. He was the son of Frank Norsoph. He served in the 849th Bomber Squadron, 490th Bomber Group, Heavy, as a Staff Sergeant and Ball Turret Gunner on a B-17, Robert L. Jackson crew, during World War II. He was Killed in Action on November 5, 1944, on a mission to Ludwigshafen, Germany. He is now buried in the Mount Jacob Cemetery, Glenolden, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA.
