Robert M. Trask entered military service in Oregon. He served in the 330th Bomber Squadron, 93rd Bomber Group, Heavy, as a Second Lieutenant and Co-Pilot of the B24J #42-110033 during World War II. He was Killed in Action on March 29, 1944, when his airplane collided with the B24H #41-28590 and crashed into Henham, England while leaving for a raid over Germany. He is now buried in the Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
