Henry H. Hill, aged 25, was born on July 17, 1925. He served in the 2nd Air Refueling Squadron as a Technical Sergeant and Boom Operator on the KB-29P #44-83950 during World War II. He was killed in the crash of his airplane at Cairsphairn, Scotland, due to low clouds. His plane was on a routine navigational training flight from Lakenheath Air Base in the south of England to Prestwick. All 11 crew members aboard were killed.
TSgt Hill is now buried in the White - Cone Family Cemetery, Coolidge, Thomas County, Georgia, USA.
