Kenneth L. Morrow was born on March 12, 1919, in Plattsburgh, New York. He was the son of Herbert William Morrow and Stella Mary Blair Morrow.

Pfc Morrow was assigned as Truck Driver, Light (Military Occupation Specialty 345) in Troop A, 87th Cavalry Reconnaissance Squadron (Mechanized), 7th Armored Division during World War II. Pfc Kenneth Morrow was wounded in France and hospitalized in England. He returned to France on September 9, 1944. He was killed along Canal du Nord, 2 miles south of Horik, Netherlands, on October 23, 1944, and is now buried in the Peasleeville Cemetery, Peasleeville, Clinton County, New York, USA.
