Reginald Bolles Vose was born on September 18, 1919, in Wareham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. He was the son of Harry Clinton Vose and Elizabeth Masten Pidgeon Vose. He served in the 77 (R.A.F.) Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force as a Sergeant and Pilot during World War II. SGT Vose died on November 30, 1941, at the age of 32, and is now buried in the Sage War Cemetery, Germany. He also has a cenotaph located in Centre Cemetery, Massachusetts.
