Steve Fellin entered the military service in New York. He served in the 56th Field Artillery Battalion, 8th Infantry Division, as a Private during World War II. He died on May 3, 1944 and was buried first in the Lisnabreeny Former American Military Cemetery in England. The cemetery closed in 1948 and his remains were exhumed and transferred. PVT Fellin is buried now in the Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
