Clem F. Lukosavich was born in 1916. He entered the military service in Michigan and served in the 503rd Parachute Infantry Regiment as a First Lieutenant during World War II. Clem died on February 26, 1945 during the battle for the recapture of Corregidor, Philippines against the defending Japanese garrison on the island and is now buried in the Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines. He also has a cenotaph located in Lithuanian Cemetery, Portage, Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
